Since the last post Birke has given birth to a beautiful baby girl Cosma Emma Gregg! All the prenatal yoga lead to a quick easy birth. Cosma has been such a ray of sunshine and has been giving new meaning to Birke's children's yoga practice and life. While Cosma had plenty of time to practice in the womb while Birke was pregnant, she is now moving on to some new moves with itsy bitsy yoga!

The sensational, spectacular news of the month... Birke is pregnant! She is due March 1st which means she has almost reached her 3rd trimester. Still practicing and teaching Yoga, she feels better than ever. Soon she will have a new baby yoga pupil (the little girl in her tummy has already begun practicing). Birke is looking forward to motherhood and all the wonderful things she has to experience and learn!
