While I was doing another 30 day Bikram yoga challenge, I came up with a 30 day yoga challenge for my daughter and I. We did yoga every day for 30 days. I printed a calendar page and hung it on the fridge. After each yoga session she placed a sticker on the day we had practiced yoga. Sometimes we practiced asanas, sometimes relaxation before bed time, sometimes pranajama exercises and sometimes all of it according to our mood and time. It was a wonderful bonding experience full of peace and mother-daughter love!
